To drive forward the transformation of CMHT care across the North and Mid Hampshire Mental Health Services in line with policies and guidelines- To lead health care, and promote a culture based on principles of recovery, choice and personalised care, in which service users can expect to be active in decision-making about their care and treatment. To liaise with partner agencies to ensure transitions of care and joint working are effective and safe- To ensure the service works in line with agreed pathways, policies and guidelines, and is focussed on delivery of outcomes- To manage financial resources efficiently and in line with agreed plans/budgets- To understand and contribute to the management of the wider environment and stakeholders. To assist the Head of Operations in the strategic development of local secondary care mental health services and integration with partner agencies-To ensure evidence-based practice and user-centred recovery principles are used to assess, plan, implement, monitor and evaluate all interventions provided by the teams to promote recovery and independence- To ensure the service works in line with care planning, risk management and safeguarding policies- To develop overarching clinical protocols and procedures to achieve well designed and delivered responsive interventions, in line with wider organisational policy- To lead on the interface between primary and secondary care services and across care pathways and groups to reduce barriers and access difficulties. To be proactive in resolving problems across pathways-To work in line with relevant Professional Codes of Conduct/Practice-To oversee the development and implementation of governance systems to ensure that the teams can give assurance that they are meeting all standards and providing an enabling culture. This includes audit- To ensure that any investigations are undertaken in line with organisational policy.
