Rooted in joy and fueled by a deep commitment to inclusion, we’re on a mission to shake things up; building vibrant communities where everyone—especially Black women—can thrive, lead, and shine. We bring lived experience and unapologetic authenticity to everything we do—educating, problem-solving, supporting, uplifting, all while having a whole lot of fun along the way.

ABOUT RAMONA LEE WILLIAMS
Founder of Onyx People Services, a consultancy dedicated to driving inclusive workplace cultures, and the Co-Founder of Sistas Inc, a community empowering women of colour through connection, development, and advocacy, I am a transformative Leader and passionate advocate for equality, justice, and fairness. I have a proven track record of driving sustainable change and creating a more inclusive work environment.Previously, I served as DEI Change Manager at Amazon Logistics, where I shaped and led inclusion strategy for a workforce across the UK and Ireland and ad President of the Black Employee Network (BEN) UK Operations ERG, I supported over 600 members.Born and raised in a Windrush generation household in Yorkshire, I developed an unapologetic pride in my Jamaican and Kittian heritage from a young age. This strong cultural foundation, combined with the values of ambition, resilience, and compassion instilled by my family, have shaped my unwavering commitment to supporting underrepresented and undeserved communities.Throughout my 15-year HR career, experience spanning Leisure, Retail, and Banking, I\'ve demonstrated grit, determination, and a fearless spirit. I have grown into a respected leader who uses her experiences to empower and protect the working lives of others.As the architect of pioneering initiatives like the \'Trading Places\' reverse mentoring program and the annual \"That\'s BENtastic!\" Awards, I\'ve amplified the voices of inspiring Black leaders and allies. But my impact extends far beyond my own personal passion as a Black woman, advocating for this community. I\'ve been instrumental in strengthening DEI initiatives within the broader community, sponsoring and driving DEI events and providing educational content that inspires change for all communities.As a wife, mother of three, and passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, I am driven to create a better world for all. My infectious energy, fearless approach, and unwavering commitment to positive change make me a true role model worthy of recognition. I may not be a director, but I know that change starts with committed individuals who are willing to show up and make a difference. That\'s the kind of leader I strive to be every day.
