   Ms. Vikan has 22 years of proven experience in business and technology-related projects. She has served in numerous roles supporting project management, acquisition support services, financial management, technical and process analysis, strategic planning, and business operations. She has extensive experience supporting projects and working with mission-critical information systems with the United States Air Force (USAF), Department of Navy (DoN) and the Centers for Disease Control in Prevention (CDC).
