ABOUT RAMONA MONA BAGLEY
I have been in the aviation industry for 14 years with the last 4.5 years in different HR departments. I have had a great experience in a very exciting field. I am making the transition to non-profit, missions work with Wycliffe. I am still passionate about people and the work they do. I am excited to join the leadership track to develop my skills more. My experience with WestJet and now with Unifi Aviation Canada has given me experience in customer service, operations, leadership and employee lifecycle processes. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Political Science from Brandon University, which has helped me develop a global and critical perspective on various issues and challenges. I am currently a student at University of Calgary for my Human Resources Management Certificate.I strive to change the place I am in and leave it better than when I started. I do this with a positive outlook on life and hard work. My enthusiasm and energy carry me through the challenges I face.
