Ramon Vargas Agudelo167 Neckinger Estate SE16 3QG r•••••••@hotmail.co.uk Mob: 07•••••••47Responsibilities:• Distribution of post & manage deliveries from mail room through to customers• The arrangement of couriers for colleagues • Completing thorough floor walk audits and logging necessary jobs through the helpdesk.• Managing all calls logged through to completion, liaising with the relevant departments to ensure all jobs are done in a timely manner• Ensuring the Audio Visual equipment in meeting rooms is working • Ordering, distributing and stocking of stationery cupboards, ensuring all are stocked to the correct level• Full responsibility of locker and cabinet management and allocation• Conducting space utilization surveys• Coordinating office maintenance • Providing ad hoc admin support to the Senior Manager• Providing floor inductions for new starters and taking ownership to ensure all new starters are set up with the right equipment• Adhering to any reasonable management requests from line managers or client contact• Being flexible in approach to work patterns and systems to maintain the standards required• Management of meeting room spaces and support where required ensuring all meeting rooms are ready for business including room layout, cleanliness, stock replenishment• Being the first point of contact on the floor and managing clients and colleagues expectations and supporting other departments when required• Establishing good working relationships with senior Stakeholders within both Sainsbury’s and Interserve• Monitoring the clear desk policy • Liaise closely with other teams within the business such as Reception, Security, housekeeping, engineering and mail room• Support the Hospitality team for High Profile events• I am also a Fire Marshal for my allocated floor
