As the Senior Master Trainer for the U.S. Army\'s Tampa Recruiting Battalion, my main focus is to ensure every recruiter and leader is an expert at what they do. I plan to achieve this by leading and developing a team of trainers, mentoring them to deliver high-quality instruction. A core part of my responsibility is to design and implement comprehensive training programs for the entire battalion; this involves assessing what skills are needed, then building and updating the classes and materials required to teach them. I will personally conduct and facilitate engaging training and development sessions covering a variety of topics, including recruiting techniques, leadership principles, and professional development. Furthermore, I will continuously evaluate the effectiveness of these programs by analyzing performance data to make improvements. As the primary subject matter expert for all training-related matters, I will be the go-to person for guidance and support, championing a culture of continuous learning and encouraging all team members to reach their full potential.
