Over 25 years experience as a Process Mechanical & Piping Designer Engineer.•Building Information Modeling (BIM) for Oil, Gas, LNG, Petrochemicals, facilities. pharmaceutical and industries• Design equipment arrangement and piping system plant layout, instrumentation, Electric, civil, Structures, and misceláneas structural supports.• Starting design from P & IDs, and specification and regulation from applicable codes and company direction.Produce the MOC during and after project.• Produce the MTO engineer in preparing the piping bulk MTO by estimating pipe-lengths, no. of fittings, defining line design number and model area cutting plan WBS• Produce drawing plan, side, detail, mechanical, and isometrics• Preform Data Model activities, P & ID Field walk downs, Client 3D Model reviews, w/ Navisworks and Smart Plant Review.• Design & Put in real place on 3D modeling Naviswork for pre-Construction BIM engineering principles, material properties, and an acquaintance with construction, installation, and maintenance procedures.• Reviews & Check piping Standards Design manufacturers dimension drawings for conformance with contract specifications for accuracy.• Site Inspection & Responsible for Field Contracto for Coordination, Planing, Monitoring, to solve RFI field reconstruction /re-design issues and review 3D Model • Field Engineer and control on Redline Construction for green and Brawn field as Master coordinator drawings, modifications, and issue field rework to report to document control as RFI.• Support piping design packages (plans, isometrics, BOM, scopes of work),Support of project engineer, such as writing procedures and specifications, compiling and computing engineering data, estimating, determining manpower requirements, establishing drawing schedules, assigning tasks to lower-level design/drafting personnel, etc.• Skillful SP3D, PDS, CADWorx, and 2D CAD, & Microstation,• Skillful LFM laser scanning software to create 3D models on PDS, CADWorx, SP3D• Applicable Design, Material, Dimensional requirements, Construction, welding corrosion, and testing of the use of ASME B31 Code for Pressure Piping systemPPD II; SPED # MI 03117
