He is Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of United States-based BeNatural - R3 International Stem Cell Clinic) headquartered in San Diego, California,(U.S.A.). Under his leadership, our team of scientists and clinicians have developed and established Stem cell and other medical protocols focusing on Regenerative and Antiaging Medicine. Dr. De La Puerta graduated from Autonomous University of Baja California Medical School and has a history of over 18 years of clinical practice. Before his work in Oriental Medicine, he held leadership positions as Director of Outreach Surgery at Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego, CA where he was fortunate to work along with the best Plastic surgeons in Southern California; he also worked as a Director of infectious disease prevention under the CDC (Centers for Disease Control). Dr. De La Puerta worked as a Clinical Manager in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean for RESMED, a multinational corporation specializing in the manufacture and marketing of medical devices. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to lecture at numerous conferences in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Jamaica, the United States, and other countries. In 2012, Dr. De La Puerta started the Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MsTOM) and Acupuncture program at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego California, considered one of the top three schools of Oriental Medicine in the US. Dr. De La Puerta served Internships at the PCOM Clinic in Mission Valley and UCSD Healthcare and the UCSD Integrative Cancer Center in Encinitas, CA. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine focusing on prevention and life extension. Currently, Dr. De La Puerta serves as Chief Scientific Officer of R3 StemCell International. He is also collaborating in several publications and clinical studies in Integrative Regenerative and Aesthetic Medicine. And is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
