Prepare journal entries including inventory adjustments, reserves and cost of goods sold • Facilitate communication with Operations and 3PL staff across multiple locations to ensure inventory transactions are accurately recorded, and investigate/resolve any discrepancies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners across the organization on a regular basis, to support process improvement initiatives and other various projects • Collaborate with other finance team members to maintain workflow and process narrative documentation, flowcharts, and systems to support accurate inventory reporting • Assist the Director, Accounting and Inventory Control with audit requests as they relate to inventory and COGS • Prepare flux analyses and develop reports in NetSuite to review results • Ensure proper internal controls are in place and are consistently monitored • Organize and prioritize on-demand requests • Adapt to changing demands in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment • Develop ad hoc reports for management
