Provide outreach; engagement; case management; referral/linkage; and therapeutic services to homeless or at-risk of homelessness dual-diagnosis clients-) Crisis evaluation and de-escalation, and mandated reporting as appropriate-) Provide therapeutic support and psycho-education to family members of clients-) Write case notes for all clients and billable services-) Coordinate services and collaborate with various social service and mental health providers within Alameda County Behavioral Health Care-) Participate on internal La Familia committeesInclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Action Committee (IDEA)Peer and Entry-Level Development Staff CommitteeSupervisor Duties-) Conduct weekly individual and group supervision for six IHOT staff-) Review and approve staff case notes; Medi-Cal Administrative Activities (MAA)-) Manage individual staff and total IHOT caseload, assign and close cases, etc-) IHOT budget accounting and other financial responsibilities-) Team Building and Training-) Primary point of contact for liason of Alameda County Behavioral Health Care Services IHOT Programs-) Develop various administrative protocols and procedures of IHOT operations-) Conduct staff performance evaluations-) Provide IHOT evaluation and support for mandated reporting (Child Protective Services, Adult Protective Services, and psychiatric hospitalization (5150)-) Facilitate and leverage communications between IHOT staff and La Familia administration and upper management-) Manage and pilot Alameda County Community Health Record (CHR)-) Conduct group supervision for adult doctoral interns of La Familia Multicultural Psychotherapy Training Institute (MPTI)
