Responsibilities-To offer risk management and investment solutions to clients using treasury products- Offer Forex & derivative, products to clients and expand product suite offered to clients- Currency Spot/Forwards for clients: Currency Swaps: IRS/MIOIS/FRA/Interest Rate Options- To coordinate with compliance and legal departments to ensure that all processes are compliant with regulatory requirements-To help develop and implement appropriate control and monitoring programmes that will aid in the risk monitoring and reporting-To ensure appropriate reporting of p&l and positions to relevant departments- Monitor client deals and positions and ensure timely reporting of the same to clients and internal control departments- Contribute in the development and implementation of flexible robust systems, procedures and controls within the business to meet regulatory requirements and for effective risk management-To provide training on treasury products to other relationship teams to increase their awareness and knowledge- Meet prospective and existing clients to develop business and offer treasury solutions and contribute to the Bank’s revenues-Client meetings and calls to discuss ideas and existing trades- Coordinating with counterparties for pricing of structures and new ideas- Monitoring client positions and MTMs. Coordinating for margin calls-Coordinating with internal teams for MIS and reporting requirements- Coordinating with compliance and legal departments to ensure ongoing adherence to extant regulations- Coordinating with Treasury Control and Services Group for facitating various treasury related activities- Coordinating with internal departments – RM’s, Ops, Finance, Compliance, CLG, RMG, IAD, etc to improve processes and procedures- Coordinating with appropriate forums to seek approvals for product and process implementation.
