With more than a decade of experience in the Social Development sector, I have demonstrated expertise and gathered deep experience across multiple areas of engagement. Among other things - program planning and management, designing and facilitating leadership journeys, social entrepreneurship, nurturing partnerships, and organisational development. I have led program strategy, management and implementation with grassroots partner organisations, to work extensively with adolescents and young people with a focus on youth leadership and social inclusion. I am passionate about bringing in an inter-sectional feminist lens in my work towards creating an inclusive society.
