I am responsible for testing and automating a web development project. Since the project follows XP development methodology, the test deadlines are usually very stringent. Development and testing tasks are usually assigned in 1-week sprints in which both teams interact very closely to complete stories from end to end, At the end of the sprint, the test team performs back-end production verification. As for tools, I use QC for test design and execution, Insomnia for API testing, Perfecto for Mobile testing, and Pivotal Tracker to track and update stories.
