CVS/CORAM - ACIS Enteral Intake Management Role: Technical Lead - SYNON Consultant December 2014 – March 2019• Team lead for automating the manual process of posting the Claim payments to the Accounts Receivables using the 835s coming back from the banks and matching against the Invoices/Claims sent to the Payors. Business stated that if the automated process could post 85% of the payments coming thru the 835, they would be more than happy. The automated process ended up matching 96%. This resulted in a savings of more than 2 million dollars per year as the contract with the out-sourced company which was responsible for the manual process was confidently ended. • Fully automated a semi-manual process which delivered daily reports to business users by porting the process from AS400 to an MS-ACCESS based application. This also met the CVS audit compliance standards.• Lead teams made up of 3 to 4 people to implement enhancements to the migrated Apria application ACIS to meet CVS business needs. This helped the business to cut down on manual work by 30 percent.• Lead a project to mask the customer data on the development, integration, and Quality Assurance boxes as per CVS standards so as to avoid federal penalties. • Designed and executed solutions to cover the audit and compliance gaps identified in the Apria application ACIS to meet the high CVS standards matching the Federal regulations.• Part of the team that migrated the Enteral Intake Management application ACIS from Apria Corp to CVS as part of the CORAM buyout.
