ABOUT RAMLAH HAIDER

I am a Compensation nerd. I can brainstorm with you for hours on new innovative and effective ways to design compensation strategies that attract smart people to the company, retain our best employees, improve performance, bring the best ROI to shareholders, and help move the company forward towards success and long term growth. But what I also equally enjoy is the execution strategy and processes so we not only dream about these brilliant new ideas, we can see them through to fruition. I care a lot about efficiency, whether it’s in our processes, systems, or overall operations. I strongly dislike status quo, mediocrity, and ‘that’s how we’ve always done it’ responses. I believe that our minds should be focused towards improvement and not busy ‘administering’, ‘managing’, ‘maintaining’ tasks that machines can just as easily do and let us focus on the good stuff. If you’re also interested in topics like innovation, technological advancements in HR, data-driven decisions, ability to sell your program designs to leaders as well as employees, let’s connect!
