Provide Technical leadership and sub project management for the execution ofPlant Electo Mechanical, Auxiliary systems & Civil design scope of work• Interface management with Offshore platform contractors and cable contractors• Perform technical, constructability reviews & clash check of multi-disciplinarydesign packages from internal engineering, outsourced sub-contractor engineeringduring various design phases using 3D models & BIM360.• Effectively monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource utilization.• Monitors and controls project financials, overseeing project costs• Supports Contract Managers in issuing claims (new/change in scope of work, costimpact, time impact, risk quantifications, etc.)• Coordinates with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procures requiredservices, materials and equipment for the project from external and internalsuppliers• Support project manager/Supply Chain Management in supplier negotiations,claims and project changes.• Maintain strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders andcommunicate effectively• Supports Contract Managers in issuing claims (new/change in scope of work, costimpact, time impact, risk quantifications, etc.)• Ensures the project follows and complies with company health, safety, andenvironmental policies.• Captures, analyses and shares lessons learned throughout the project
