Engaged in process design and engineering for upstream oil & gas packages such as Surface Well Testing (SWT), Underbalanced Drilling (UBD), and Early Production Facilities (EPF)• Performed process equipment sizing and selection in compliance with API and ASME standards, including vessels (test/production separators, surge tanks, KO pots, stripper columns, storage tanks) and their internals (packing, demister pads, inlet devices, perforations, etc.) using Kirk Process tools, UniSim, and Aspen HYSYS• Conducted line sizing and sizing of control components including control valves, PRVs, BDVs, and SDVs; also responsible for sizing and selection of flow meters and mesh filters• Developed and reviewed P & IDs using AutoCAD; prepared ancillaries lists, ancillaries datasheets, and material requisitions (MRs) for internals• Coordinated with piping and vessel engineers for 3D model and GAD reviews to ensure alignment with process flow requirements• Collaborated with procurement to review vendor datasheets, drawings, and quotations; provided technical approvals/comments to meet client and design requirements• Supported R&D in new design development with Process simulation, PFD and P & IDs.
