RECRUITMENT• Manage full spectrum of Recruitment all over South India on Management Grade including candidate sourcing and screening, interviewing and short listing, Salary Fixations, Offer Negotiations and On Board of new recruits. • Sourcing and Validating the Profile from different job portals like Naukri etc.• Job postings in Newspapers Advertisement based on the manpower requirements.• Coordinating with Placements Officers & Consultant for Hiring• Co ordination with various HODs & Branch Managers for the recruitment process.• Conducting preliminary interviews.• Follow up/Coordination with Candidates.• Ensuring Proper documentation for the recruitment process.• Rolling out Offer Letters & Appointment letters.INDUCTION AND ORIENTATION• Joining formalities for new recruits• Scheduling the Induction Plan and coordinating the process for the new joinees of the division across all the departments.LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT• Co ordinating in Organizational Development activities• Maintaining training records.• Training Feedback Analysis.PAYROLL FUNCTION• Leave, On Duty, Tour and Permission Entries.• Continuous Absenteeism report, LOP hours; LOP days report. • Muster roll(FormQ)• Processing Leave, Staff Advance, NTPA, LTA, Medical, Staff Welfare application• Attendance Monitoring, Leave Crediting, Leave Encashment, Salary processing, Calculation and disbursement and maintain registers.• Labour Welfare fund calculation• Professional Tax calculation• ESI online submiting• Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries.PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM• Preparing appraisal form for trainees, probationer and annual appraisal.• Consolidating appraisal rating and giving appraisal feedback to the GM-HR.• Conducted the Annual Appraisal for the year.SEPARATION• Collecting no due certificates & clearance form• Rolling out Relieving & Service Letters.
