My name is Ramkrishna, working as a Head – Operations, BPA and Data Science with Arthimpact Finserve Limited (Happy). My scope of works spans across but not limited to managing end to end lending operations, Data Science including underwriting and fraud detection.I have developed great experience in managing relationship with clients & always delivered the most appropriate solutions to get the best results. My expertise lies in using data, smart processes and coding to solve the problems. In my current position at Happy Loans as Head – Operations, BPA and Data Science, I am managing end to end lending operations, Data Science (underwriting, fraud detection, OCR, algo, customer insights etc.), BI, AI, Presentation. Here, I have started with book size of 10 crore and took it to over 200 crores in a span of 1.5 years. I am also spearheading data science team and automation; introduced various process automation mechanism and saved cost. My colleagues know me for my natural leadership and my seniors appreciate my attentive and detail-oriented approach. Some of my positives which I can talk about are ability to multitask, knowledgeable and up for a challenge. I am always ready to takes initiative and aren’t afraid to make decisions. I have the ability to stay focused and maintain a calm and pleasant attitude even when working under pressure.
