Performing the role of Head - Human Resources as Vice President and in the panel of Senior Strategic management Team of the organization.Over-all in charge of HR function for pan India and reporting to the MD • While being HR Generalist address the following with extra-focus- Human Capital management for ensuring best use of all People through Workforce Planning, and Cross-functional Integration- Corporate talent development initiatives, Career Growth, Succession planning process, building people capabilities that optimize organizational capabilities in partnership with the business leaders- Driving Employee Engagement Initiatives with special emphasis on attaining greater business impact and Employee Experience- Guide and track Talent Acquisition strategies to ensure Business Continuity and timely onboarding of super niche talents from the market- Track & Analyze several organizational initiatives such as Talent Retention strategies, Communication Strategies, Leadership Meets, Cross-Functional Improvements, Leadership Improvement factors and many such other OD initiatives- Policy Development, New Initiatives for improving the Organization culture and ensuring HR operational excellence
