About Ramkishan Singh
A development professional with degree in Agriculture and Rural Development from University of East Anglia (UEA), England. I have over 15 years experience working with Civil Society Organizations (CSOs/NGOs) and consulting for government agencies & private foundations. I come from business management background and started my career with a private sector bank in India. In my earlier career, I have helped various NGOs/Farmer’s Cooperatives/Women SHGs to setup a number of micro and small enterprises. In my current role, I am leading a large education program (strengthening public schools) in Bangalore. My interest lies in social enterprise and community development. I would be best described as diplomatic, strategic thinker capable of leading and developing complex projects. Multitasking, building relationships, managing a diverse set of stakeholders, and problem solving are some of my key skills. Equality and social justice are important aspects of my life.
