I have over 20 years of experience in project management, consulting, and delivery of IT solutions, and I hold PMP, CCNA, and CCNP certifications.One of my key achievements was program managing the Non-Performing Assets (NPA) Automation initiative, which is a regulatory mandate issued by the Reserve Bank of India, and involved streamlining and automating the NPA reporting and reconciliation process across multiple banking systems. I have also helped customers in their RPA journey by supporting them in RPA consulting, implementation, and support services across the globe. My domain expertise lies in contact center and CRM solutions, especially in Cisco\'s AVVID solutions, where I have implemented contact center and CRM solutions in North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific. This includes conducting Steerco meetings with C-level executives; owning the Change Control Board, monthly P&L etc. Role involved managing the allocated revenue of 3.3 M USD across all Maintenance & Enhancements projects (PSAP, PSGL, IR, GRR etc.) in the GCFO Portfolio• Anchored all technology initiatives within the business unit. Responsibilities include RFP submission to prospective vendors, fitting the solution proposed by the vendor to meet stakeholder expectations, cost negotiation, solution rollout etc.• Was part of the RPA (Robotics Process Automation) journey by supporting the bank in RPA Consulting / Implementation / Support Services across various verticals/processes. Have bought in a number of processes under RPA resulting in FTE saves.
