Duties Include- Leading and delivering MBSE training sessions and coaching, enabling teams to adopt model-based practices- Consulting customers on optimizing their systems engineering processes in alignment with INCOSE- Applying MBSE using the system modeling tools Cameo Systems Modeler and Capella- Defining system models using SysML and Arcadia/Capella languages- Defining and tailoring systems engineering processes im compliance with ISO 15288- Developing and implementing MBSE concepts, systems modeling methods, and meta-models- Eliciting and deriving requirements from stakeholder needs according to INCOSE, IREB and ISO 29148- Producing and maintaining systems engineering documentation (e.g, ConOps, OpsCon, SRS, architecture descriptions, ICDs) using Polarion Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)- Verifying requirements based on INCOSE Rules for writing requirements- Contributing to modeling tool plugin development and automation- Contributing to product testing and verification plans development- Supporting in MBSE knowledge transfer across the customer team.

Active INCOSE Member.With a robust professional background, I am a devoted engineer who specializes in systems engineering. I am currently working in SysDICE GmbH as Model-Based Systems Engineer, on defining methods, systems modeling, meta models, customizing SysML tools such as plugins and automation. Additionally, I support customers with their MBSE adoption and systems modeling for different programs and products.My main goal is to ensure that the gap between non-technical stakeholders and technical stakeholders is lled, using various information-gathering techniques such as interviews, questionnaires or systems thinking creativity approaches. I am dedicated to applying these techniques to help organizations improve their strategies.Proficient in applying systems life cycle technical processes in alignment with INCOSE systems engineering principles, ISO 15288, and ISO 29148 for requirements engineering (including IREB). Well knowledged about architecture description standards, particularly ISO 42010, with practical experience integrating these standards, as well as EN 50126, into complex engineering practices.Performing my job, requires the usage of dierent tools:such as Cameo Systems Modeler, Arcadia - Capella, Enterprise Architect, Polarion and other tools (i.e, Confluence and Jira).
