I am in an IT rotational program that consists of 3 rotations. My first rotation was in Safety and Productivity Solutions where I learned a tremendous amount about how the business operates as a unit and unparallel at times with multiple business groups within, organizational structure, overall enterprise structure, common processes and systems we operate on, etc. Tracking overall progress of projects specifically scope, risks, schedule and budget. Understanding specific goals of the business while mapping technical needs to the standard Global Design Model. In my second rotation I am working in Corporate IT in the Sales Tech/Digital Sales Service where I focus on the delivery of convergence, ERP, enhancements, automation, CRM, any tools that make sales faster, easier, and more seamless. Specifically Salesforce, CRM/PRM enhancements and convergence from legacy system to GDM platform to drive standardization across the organization. I am also the core chair for Continuous Improvement for Women in Technology where we use Tableau to report on analytics that will drive membership and continuous development. I am in the Continuous improvement and event planning committee of HYPE (Heighten Your Professional Experience) Also part of networking and events planning for Early Career Program
