ABOUT RAMI ABOU-SEIDO
I am a Sr Data Scientist (Since Oct 2025) at Homebase working on machine learning problems related to predictive scheduling.Previously (Left Oct 2025) I was full-stack Data Scientist at Shopify working on problems related to storefront and checkout. I work all along the data science pipeline: data engineering/building data pipelines, analytics/modelling and reporting.I received a PhD in Economics at UofT where I did research in game theory and organizational economics. Before that, I completed an undergrad in Engineering Science at UofT where I majored in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
