Led the Deposit Account Control Agreement (DACA) lifecycle in collaboration with legal counsel to help retain meaningful customer relationships.•Oversaw the bank’s RFP team to secure and retain enterprise-level relationships. Maintained FirstBank’s Treasury Management marketing material for use during sales calls. •Validated Relationship Revenue Analysis models to provide lending officers with critical data for global client pricing and profitability.•Spearheaded the bank’s annual “Security Forum” and “Ransomware” webinars, positioning the bank as a thought leader in online security. These webinars were well attended, ranging from 300-400 people per event.
