Develop/evaluate mechanical concepts on systems, structures, and components including pressure vessels, piping, reactor internals, and high-temperature parts.2. Use structural and thermal analyses as well as hand calculations to verify and validate the designs for deformation, damage, and lifetime mechanical performance.3. Perform computations and evaluations per code requirements to ensure the structures meet the design requirements.
