Perform oversight of sample preparation and planning composites for trace-element and QEMScan and XRD mineralogic testing. Responsible for data quality, data imports and all reporting.Manage team of three geotechnicians including oversight of work products, task training, and quality. Team was directly responsible for drill core sampling, density testing, point load testing, UCS samples. Also responsible for compliance with safety, operational and environmental standards/procedures within the Core Processing Facility.Responsible for budget including oversight of four contracts including those for analyses and mineralogic evaluation.
