As a dedicated humanitarian aid and development professional, I have worked with grassroots, international, and UN agencies and organizations, focusing on large-scale program management across sectors such as Education in Emergencies (EiE), Emergency Response, Disaster Management, and Child Protection among others. Throughout my career, I have successfully led EiE portfolios for multiple organizations, managing high-budget programs and large teams in complex emergencies and fragile contexts. This work has given me hands-on experience in navigating the challenges of delivering critical services in unstable environments while building strong technical foundations and global connections within the sector. In addition to program management, I have a proven track record in fundraising and business development, having secured significant funding through successful proposals and grant applications. I excel at building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, developing innovative concept notes, and driving collaboration between sectors to create impactful solutions. My ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets, coupled with my skill in crafting robust M&E frameworks, ensures that every project I lead is both financially sound and outcome-driven.
