Fort Collins, CO, US

After I graduated from LUMS and relocated from Multan to Lahore to pursue my career, my colleagues and I had a hard time finding quality, affordable, and safe residential spaces to continue our work. After switching four places in a year, some of my roommates finally quit their jobs and moved back to their hometowns dejected. While I experienced many residential challenges as I continued to work, I was introduced to a gap that existed in the market and I took it up on myself to fill it. Thus, began my journey towards facilitating the integration of female professionals into the workplace with the help of safe, affordable, and quality communal housing.I\'m a proud founder of We4Women and I can\'t wait to see the change it will bring in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in Pakistan\'s workforce.

ABOUT RAMIAH ADEEN

I\'m a seasoned Product Marketer and Content Strategist with proven expertise in optimizing content for LLMs and AI Overviews to increase brand search and visibility by 3x and more. I\'ve a track record of increasing organic traffic on EZO AssetSonar\'s website by 20x in three months. Furthermore, I\'m an aspiring social entrepreneur with a vision to offer safe, inclusive, and affordable living spaces in urban areas of Pakistan to women hailing from professional backgrounds and more importantly, abusive households. I was introduced to the world of entrepreneurship during my Senior Year research with Dr. Farrah Arif, a leading female entrepreneur promoting the use of digital learning platforms in Pakistan. I was particularly inspired by the idea of social enterprises while volunteering for the P@SHA ICT Awards where I learned a great deal about how sustainable businesses can create a positive impact in the lives of disadvantaged communities. I have also served as a Cultural Ambassador of Pakistan in the US and strongly believe in cross-cultural harmony and peace.
