Since December 2018, I work as project manager in innovation at Poclain Hydraulics in France. With my team we have the privilege to develop the new generation of hydraulic motors that solidify Poclain’s position as the leader of hydrostatic transmissions.Previous work experiences were in pharmaceutics (7 years) and aeronautics (3 years) as an engineer, project manager and production manager, where I’ve developed managerial and operational skills to optimize industrial performances targets. I’ve also developed good ability to work in changing industrial environnement as well as contextual and human adaptation.I’ve worked in Canada (Quebec), in the United States (Delaware) and today in France on projects with international scopes.
