Rami J. Fakhoury, Esq. General Counsel and Vice President Rami is general counsel and vice president of Indotronix. He joined Indotronix in 2007 and is admitted to the Bar in New York, Connecticut, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He has extensive experience with all aspects of corporate immigration law and provides counsel on major employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories, as well as immigration support for corporate mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Indotronix, Rami served as an Associate for a well-known New York based firm. As an Associate, he represented corporate immigration clients from numerous industries in all phases of U.S. Immigration Law. Rami represented individual clients, small and medium-sized for-profit and non-profit organizations, and Fortune-500 companies. During Law School, Rami was a member of the John Marshall Law Review 20••••04 and served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Journal of International Law and Business.
