In my first gig at a booming startup, I learned about corporate sustainability by facilitating conferences with executives in sustainability and capital markets. In addition, I strategized an onboarding plan from scratch among other HR-related initiatives. Then I expanded my knowledge in the field of PR & communications as an executive recruiter. At Red Antler, a brand agency, I focused on screening applicants, interview scheduling, candidate correspondence, and experienced the definition of brand identity. Previously at Pivotal Software (now, part of VMware), I partnered with various stakeholders to facilitate the best onboarding experience for our new hires. Also, I led various workstreams through the EMEA, APAC, and NA People organizations to migrate the global onboarding process from Pivotal → VMware.At Block (fka Square), I am an HR Specialist that supports HR Business Partners in day-to-day operational excellence (processing HRIS transactions, supporting through cyclical programs such as talent reviews/promotion cycle/and company-wide Pulse surveys). I also support broader People-team projects and programs to introduce automation or generally evolve internal processes.
