I am responsible for the entire spectrum of activities across acquisition, on boarding, solutioning, and end-to-end management of the customer base for the North East region, comprising million in CASA and Term Deposits within the NPO segment. This includes entities such as Trusts, Associations, Societies, and Clubs. I work with institutions across diverse sectors including Education, Healthcare, Religious Trusts, RWAs, Apartment Societies, NGOs, CSR Foundations, Corporate Philanthropy entities, Retiral Trusts, and other non-profit organizations. I am committed to building domain expertise and enabling these entities to manage external risks, regulatory compliance, and operational requirements effectively, while positioning the bank as a trusted partner in their financial ecosystem.With a key focus on liabilities book growth the role entails:1. Developing new platforms and ecosystems for NPO segment (TASC) of entire North East region which includes 150 plus branches of Bandhan Bank Ltd.2. Acquisition of prominent TASC relationships & providing wide range of banking services to the portfolio customers across North East region.3. Developing innovative technology solutions to solve real life problems and challenges by blending digital and wholesale banking solutions, merchant acquiring solutions, and other payment rails to solve customer pain points. In addition, it calls for working with innovative Fintech and Digital Solutions partners who can mine big data for actionable insights.4. Responsible for significant NTB & ETB book growth and penetration of digital collection and payment solutions along with CMS products across region.5. Facilitating access to diverse financing products for NPO segment clients, including term loans, project-specific funding, and flexible overdraft lines to empower their growth and sustainability.6. Taking complete responsibility for all aspects of compliance and audit for the business
