He retired in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer for Sodexo Inc’s $10B North American operations. Ramesh has demonstrated skills & experience in finance, strategy, change management, supply chain and global project leadership. He has over 25 years of corporate governance experience as an executive /officer/ director on company boards. He is also a philanthropist and has led a non-profit organization to dramatic growth in contributions and improved donor relationship management.
