   Key Skills:• Expertise in conceptual, FEED, and detailed piping design. • Study project specifications, design engineering practices, and relevant standards to establish design requirements for the assigned phase of the project. • Carrying overall CADD-related processes for designing and executing projects. • Piping study for individual process, utility areas & Pipe Racks. • Preparation/development of equipment layout (Over all Plot plan & individual area Plot plan) from FEED / basic engineering Package from licensor for P & IDs & other parameters like access ways, equipment maintenance space, material handling, etc. • Participating in client model review and formulating the tags. • Review Piping and Instrumentation drawings (P & ID) and prepare piping Layout according to process flow conditions & site conditions. • Preparing to clash-free and error-free 3D models based on clash and error reports. • Preparation of bulk, intermediate & final MTO. • Support design for critical (based on CEASER output) and non-critical lines. • In-depth knowledge of piping commodities in a 3D model. • Preparing pipe rack arrangements, and structural for piping support design and detailing. • Layout study and model development for deluge system, Safety shower, and eye wash facility based on the input received from the safety dept and calculation received from the process. • Review of vendor technical documents (Non-Material Requisition). • Project status management to follow up with the inter-discipline/vendor to clear the stalling points. • Review discipline drawings to integrate the design and find any mismatches in IDC. • Documents to ensure project-specific checklists or preparing checklists if necessary. • Preparing a list of lessons learned for each project and implementing the learned lessons in the next project to avoid mistakes and improve the quality of the project. • Ability to direct the technical work of intermediate piping designers and drafters.
