About Ramesh Lenka
Hi, I am a Management consultant as well as manage complete sales & operation of Integrated Facility management Services for Goose Support Services throughout the nation. Being a Master graduate in Computer application and worked for more than 9 years in Information technology industry as Database administration, ERP Implementer, Digital Marketing executive, Business development in Digital Marketing at various organization, planned to start our new start up to provide Facilities management services in 2018.As I am from IT industry, I had a passion to implement digitalization in so called traditional facility management services. During my initial time I faced a lot of challenge to sustain and to provide 100% satisfactory service, I have done lot of exercise to streamline some basic factor to provide quality service like maintaining checklist & attendance, consolidated compliance data, monthly services MIS, etc. After streamlining all the above factors then we start digitalization using our mobile App and applied at the client site. Post this digitalization, all our clients are so happy because they got zero complaint services. We able to reduce their existing cost up to 25% by optimizing Man, machine and material for better efficiency and productivity. We also track actual and real time work update through our digitalized facility management services. However, now I fell in love with facility management industry to serve our client, so they can focus in their core activity without any distraction in office support services. In less than 3 years, we served over 20+ clients throughout the nation from all major segments like IT/ITES, Corporate, BFSI, Govt PSU, Pharmaceutical, Retail & Malls, Manufacturing units, etc. Kindly Visit to check detail about us.
