Job responsibilities are as- Reconciliation: Reconcile supplier ledgers on a monthly basis- Bookkeeping: Maintain records in Oracle software and Excel- Invoice Tracking: Keep track of vendor invoices and their due dates- Bill Verification: Check bills (lease vehicles, hotels, medicals, electricity, water, internet, telephones, etc.) in Saudi (Arabic) language/numbers, verify them, and update in Oracle software- Client Follow-up: Follow up with clients and customers when the PO value and description do not match the invoices- Ledger and PO Follow-up: Follow up for ledgers, POs, and invoices from store teams and clients- Critical Trackers: Maintain critical trackers and follow up- Advance Files: Maintain advance files on a monthly basis and follow up with the concerned person- Advance Payments: Make advance payments as per PO and follow up for the invoices after a certain period- Due Date Payments: Make payments based on due dates.
