Just to give you a snap shot. I started my carrier in Import/Export (Air) Customs Clearance Agency at Bangalore/India in year 1992. Moved from Air to Sea Export/Import Clearance activity and handled commodities like coffee, cotton yarn, granites, garments, graphite, cars, 2 & 3 wheelers, automotive machinery & parts, aircrafts & parts, US fighter aircraft F-16, AOG movements, carnet, exhibition cargo, heavy machinery for both Indian and multinational corporates. Moved in to Freight Forwarding Industry and worked with: 1. St. John Freight Systems Ltd / Bangalore 2. UT World Wide India Pvt. Ltd / Bangalore, 3. BAX Global – (Schenker’s DB Group),@ Bangalore 4. GATI India Ltd / Chennai (Specializing in India Centric distribution)-(Moved from Bangalore to Chennai) 5. RRC International Pvt. Ltd / Mumbai 6. Hindustan Cargo Ltd/Chennai (All Cargo Movers Group Company) 7. Damco India Pvt. Ltd / Chennai 8. DSV - Projects / Chennai Since I yearned for exposure in the Project vertical, I moved to:\\ 1. Handled turnkey projects of used refinery plant movements from Germany to South India which includes construction of jetty and barge operation in India for heavy lift cargoes. These movements were specifically for NTPC, NPCIL, Oil & Gasoline Refinery industries. Turnkey old Refinery Project movement from Germany to India (Complete used plant movement) and about 2.8 Lac FRT (1st Project and 1800 SOC to be de-stuffed at Refinery site with Yard & Open Ground W/h Management (2nd Project) Highlights of project movements Completed in previous Company: 1. Handle projects for Indian Navy, Hindustan Ship Yard, Indian Railways, BEML, Toshiba Generators & Turbines, Bangalore Metro Rail, L&T shipping Building, Dredging Corporation of India, Power Grid of India, Heat Treatment Machinery, Cement Mfg.Plants, Phosphate Treatment Plant and Blades, Towers, Used Moulds for Wind Mill Manufacturing Giants,
