As the CFO of Ford Business Solutions, I lead a key business unit of Ford Motor Company that comprises of three global in-house centers in India, Mexico, and Hungary. I manage a budget of $1 billion and oversee a workforce of more than employees across three continents. I am also a whole-time director of Ford Motor Private Limited in India and a non-executive director of another Ford entity.With more than 20 years of experience in finance and strategy, I have developed and executed goals and objectives for the business unit, working closely with the CEO, COO, and directors. I am responsible for periodic financial closure, MIS, balance sheet management, internal control, statutory audits, and compliances. I also liaise with the government and other statutory agencies. I have a strong analytical and problem-solving skill set, and I hold multiple professional degrees in accounting, finance, costing, and company law. I graduated from the University of Madras with a bachelor\'s degree in Mathematics.
