About Ramesh Rentala
Master’s student in Industrial Management at the University of Central Missouri with a strong interest in Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering roles.I am currently working as a Production Intern at Polaris Inc in Roseau, Minnesota, where I am gaining hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations and shop-floor processes. Previously, I worked as a Process Engineer Intern at Synergem, supporting process analysis, workflow documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.My primary areas of interest include Quality Management and Lean Six Sigma principles. Through my academic coursework and practical experience, I have developed a foundational understanding of Lean Six Sigma concepts and quality tools used to support process improvement and operational efficiency. I have also completed an NDT QA/QC course, which strengthened my knowledge of quality inspection and assurance practices.I am a quick learner, problem solver, and adaptable team member who is motivated to build a career in quality, manufacturing, and process improvement–focused roles.
