I am an accomplished professional with over 13 years of experience in erection, commissioning, operations, and maintenance of boilers and its auxiliaries in thermal power plants. Throughout my career, I have gained expertise in managing O&M activities, including resource planning, in-process inspection, rectification, and coordination with internal/external departments. I have worked in various types of oil and coal-fired boilers like AFBC, CFBC, and PF boiler.I have demonstrated the ability to set priorities, develop work schedules, monitor progress towards goals, and track details, data, information, and activities. I have extensive experience in AOH & COH planning, preparation of scope of work, and execution of work within the given time frame. My skills include good knowledge and experience in breakdown, preventive & predictive maintenance of the boiler and its auxiliaries. I am also experienced in preparing SMP and carrying out RCA (root cause analysis) to avoid repeated failures.I have a proven track record of reducing costs by identifying spare parts through reverse engineering and vendor development. I am a certified competent person for PTW by Botswana Power Corporation, Botswana (Africa), and IIF certified supervisor by HPCL Mittal Energy Limited.EDUCATIONAL SCAN: I hold an MBA (Power Management) degree from C.I.M.B.R.D, Nagpur, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) degree from Amrutvahini College Of Engineering, Sangamner. I have completed my schooling from N.J.J. College, Shahapur, and J.H. Tumsar.TRAINING ATTENDED: I have attended induction training in Thermal Power Plant & Simulator Training from the National Power Training Institute, Nagpur, for ten weeks. The training was related to power plant process familiarization, operation, and maintenance of 210 MW Power Plant.
