Responsible for Repairs, Overhaul and Maintenance of CRAN, HYDRA, FORKLIFT, JCB & DG.Responsible for all maintenance carried out as per PM schedule & troubleshooting the machines problem (Crane, Hydra, forklift & DG) if there is any problem and complaint from the users/ Operators.Working in SAP PM Module like notification open/closes.PR making and flow-up with purchase dept. Consume parts through SAP.Supervise the maintenance department activities.Assume full ownership of functions in automotive engineering. Study, understand and make changes in technical documentation and data sheets. Work in coordination with other automotive engineers. Supervisor for the Mechanical section of the Maintenance Department.Develop engineering specifications or cost estimates for automotive design concepts.Alter or modify designs to obtain specified functional or operational performance.Conduct or direct system-level automotive testing.Conduct research studies to develop new concepts in the field of automotive engineering.Provide technical direction to other engineers or engineering support personnel.Prepare or present technical or project status reports.Develop or implement operating methods or procedures.Coordinate production activities with other functional units, such as procurement, maintenance, or quality control.
