RESPONSIBILITES & JOB DESCRIPTION• Role shift Reliever to Managed Manpower Handing and Maintain to Docking Report of Bus According to KM of Bus.• I Have Maintain Daily General Check(GC) Bus Report and Ten Day Maintenance in Night Shift Schedule and Work resolve the Problem.• Fleet Management Electric Vehicle Charger Problem Resolve and Maintain the Data Report and Morning and Evening Outsheding Report Maintain• To Resolve the Trouble Shooting for Technical Problem Such SOC DROP Fault,• Any Fault of EV Bus Find Out by Trouble Shooting -Traction Inverter, Traction Motor, Junction Box, BCS, TCS,DC-DC Inverter, HV Battery, Auxiliary Motor.• Check by Software in EV BUS 4/12 Diagnostics System- ECU(EV Electronic Control Unit),BCS(Battery Charging System),ABS(Anti Lock Braking System),(Central Body Control Unit), MCU (Motor Control Unit), BMS (Battery Management System.• Maintaining Zero Breakdowns in Bus.• Arranging Proper Spare Management for Maintenance.• Efficient Man Power Management.• Conduct Training Program for Subordinate for Improvement of Their Skills.• Co ordination with Safety Department For EV BUS.
