Preparation of PFD and P & ID as per the process requirement.Making mass and energy balance, Cost Estimation of the project, Designing and selection of equipments like Reactor, pumps, Distillation column and heat exchangers, Preparation of process logics for the process automation with consideration of standard and safe operation procedure, Scale up of campaign products from Lab to pilot plant and commercial production, Conducting the PHA study for the process & preparation and checking the pre-commissioning check, Modification and Up-gradation of infrastructure & existing facilities to suit the product, To monitor the process with respect to yield & quality during the campaigns.Preparation of the Technology transfer report, Qualification packages (IQ, OQ, & PQ), Validation packages, Engineering design package, P & ID, PFD, Development report & ISO documents involving Process ( BPR, SOP and OJT ).Preparing SOP’s, Safety standards as per OSHA and training as per SOP, To monitor and control impurity profile in Final product and intermediates. To co-ordinate with respective departments for in-time dispatch, Coordinating with process improvement and development lab to sort out problems in process, Review and approval of specifications, data sheets, Equipment layout, Equipment fabrication drawing and Quality assurance plans for equipments, Liaison with local environmental regulatory bodies, Documenting with respect to ISO 9001 & ISO 14001Specialties: Preparation & Review of PFD and P & ID. Preparation of the cause and effect diagrams. HAZOP review, Line sizing & hydraulics, pump selection, tank level calculations, sizing of the storage tanks, sizing of the thermal relief valves, sizing of the knock out drums, Preparation of the prestart up check list, Commissioning check list, Air compressor and receiver sizing based on the consumption of air, Commissioning report for the individual system and entire plant.
