Implementation and troubleshooting of antivirus like Symantec Endpoint Protection Enterprise Edition. Implementation and troubleshooting of Exchange server 2007/2010 & Google Apps Account Installation and troubleshooting of Backup Utility, Ntbackup and Sonicwall CDP. Installing and troubleshooting of Microsoft SQL and troubleshooting of Backup Management Utility of all SQL Server. Managing Zone edit DNS panel. Implementation and troubleshooting of WSUS server. Day to day troubleshooting of Outlook issues; Administration of mailboxes and user accounts. This will include desktop support. Configuring IIS, HTTP, FTP, Security Policy, Managing user and Group, Group Policy, Proxy Server and Networking Protocols. Documentation of ISO process,MNC level all activities of infrastructure & Management of Manage documentation for same. Installation and Troubleshooting of various kinds of VPN like site-to-site VPN, Routing and remote access using Juniper Firewall and Sonic SSL-VPN appliance. Implementation of ISA, Cisco Pix, Sonicwall, Linksys firewall and troubleshooting of the same. Create/delete/move the users & update the AD attributes as per management requirement. Message tracking and troubleshooting to resolve mail delivery issues from edge server & forefront security. Managing various user’s PST with exmerge and scanpst utilities. Managing email security with spam filter using Sonicwall email security and Symantec email security. Managing Monitoring tool for network & servers alert for any failure.
