Onboarding & Adoption - Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation and quick time-to-value. Develop customized success plans tailored to each client’s objectives. Retention & Growth - Monitor client health metrics (e.g, usage, satisfaction) to prevent churn. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Document client feedback and share insights to improve processes or offerings.
