   I manage an amazing team of students and staff that provide a professional environment for hosting high-impact open source projects from around the world. We provide hosting for various open source projects such as the Apache Software Foundation, Drupal, the Linux Foundation and many more.Major responsibilities include:* Managing the $1 million operating budget for the lab.* Directing a small technical staff of two system administrators, one developer, and assisting in managing the oversight of over 18 students.* Providing project direction and guidance for all aspects of the lab. Providing a high level plan and direction for the lab.* Maintaining and organizing the funding model for the lab. This includes maintaining the contracts and invoicing of major hosted clients. Additionally working with the OSU Foundation to reach out to our community for support and funding.* Researching and fostering new relationships and customers.
