In collaboration with NASA Ames, I am working on the Biobased aircraft for green aviation project through the YSP program. My duties are as followed:Cultivation of mycelium for harvesting and molding into physical structures. Then CAD design and 3D print molds to grow mycelium into desired shape.Use signal analysis techniques to test the electrical properties of mycelium using oscilloscopes, network analyzers and other instruments. In depth research and analysis of other research papers produced on the topic.Use techniques and knowledge obtained from techniques referenced above to create a mycelium battery, a capacitor, and PCB board with low level sensors. Then incorporate all parts involved in create a bio-based drone.
