My key responsibilities include:Shift Operations Management – Supervising daily production activities to meet shift targets in terms of output, quality, and efficiency.Workforce Supervision – Assigning tasks, guiding operators, and ensuring safe, coordinated, and productive work across the team.Quality Assurance – Monitoring coil and sheet quality against customer specifications and industry standards, implementing corrective measures when needed.Process Control & Optimization – Adjusting machine parameters to ensure smooth operations, reduce downtime, and improve yield.Troubleshooting – Quickly identifying and resolving mechanical, operational, or quality-related issues to minimize delays.Reporting & Documentation – Preparing shift reports, production data, and downtime logs for management review and process improvement.Safety Compliance – Enforcing safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free workplace.Through a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and process discipline, I ensure that every coil and sheet produced meets high performance and quality standards while keeping operations efficient and cost-effective.
